You can deposit your application in the prescribed Form – 1- A (see Application) and fee through either of the following ways:

   1. By post: Please deposit your fee of Rs 25 through challan in Form- II payable at treasury (i.e., State Bank of India, Daman and State Bank of Saurashtra, Diu).
